Return Policy :
· We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
· At the moment we are currently not accepting any returns.
· Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.
· To assist you in ordering the correct size, please refer to our sizing chart.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Debit through our Pay Pal account.
We can also accept cashier’s checks and personal checks. If you'd like to pay with either a check or money order, please email us at: sales@plushpup.ca
All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Sales Tax:
At this point, sales tax will not be charged.
Shipping:
Plush Pup uses Flat Rate, Table Weight and Zone Weight to calculate shipping. If you need something sent overnight, please email us at: sales@plushpup.ca
Rush Orders:
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Plush Pup, please email us at: sales@plushpup.ca
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
We are not responsible after we shipped your item if it is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged unless you buy insurance. Insurance is optional however we highly recommend it. Once you place your order please include in the comment box that you would like your package to be insured and we will email you your new total. Once you have insurance, if an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the package back we will send a replacement, exchange or issue you a store credit if we no longer have that item available.
You must contact us within 15 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
